The Makeup Show took the sketch-comedy engine of The Break-Up Show and redirected it toward the absurdities of digital culture, swapping dating disasters for influencer implosions and algorithm-fueled chaos. Framed as a fictional TV network unraveling on air, audiences “channel surfed” through fake reality programs, cursed commercials, and satirical sketches that skewered social media obsession and spectacularly bad online judgment. When the network finally collapsed, the evening erupted into full-scale variety chaos, blending bold vocals, tightly scripted comedy, and theatrical drag into a fast-moving cultural roast that left no ring light unshattered.
